EXEDY has built a global production and sales network as a global supplier of drivetrain components centered on clutches, and has accumulated extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket business.
Based on these strengths, EXEDY positions the expansion of its aftermarket business as one of the key initiatives in its medium\u2011to\u2011long\u2011term strategy toward fiscal year 2030, with the objective of enhancing the profitability of its core businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This initiative forms part of EXEDY\u2019s efforts to enhance the value it provides in the aftermarket through an expanded product lineup. By establishing a joint venture with FRAP S.p.A., a globally recognized Italian manufacturer of high\u2011quality steering and suspension\u2011related parts, EXEDY aims to combine its global sales network with FRAP\u2019s product development capabilities, thereby building a structure capable of responding swiftly to diverse market needs worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
