EXEDY acquires shares in EAMS Robotics Co., Ltd.

EXEDY hereby announces the partial acquisition of shares in EAMS Robotics Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minamisoma City, Fukushima Prefecture, hereinafter referred to as “EAMS”), a consolidated subsidiary owned by Kikuchi Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hachioji City, Tokyo).

EAMS aims to be a company that provides the safest automated robot services and engages in the development, manufacturing, and sales of autonomous devices centered around industrial drones, as well as proposing and developing solutions.
