EXEDY has acquired the assets and intellectual property rights of Saietta Group PLC (hereinafter referred to as “Saietta”, in administration). By effectively utilizing Saietta’s assets, EXEDY aims to accelerate the development of electric products within the EXEDY Group and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
